Project kicked off: osso.design, a retirement business planned for 2032. Product first, marketing later.
The 10W UV galvo laser arrived. A laser test kit was built (mask and copper grids, resolution pattern, settings guide).
Core concept defined: a 100x100mm 2-layer blank fully covered in copper, mask, and silkscreen; factory vias and ENIG pogo pads on a grid; 3D-printed pogo interposer; a window with 180° alternating boards; corner clamps; edge trims; SMT only; about 100W per pin at up to 48V.
OSSO = Open Source Stackable Objects. The business is open hardware, and the value is in delivering finished objects.
